Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support team member to join our internal support team. In this role, you'll assist internal users with software issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth operations by keeping track of support requests and resolutions.

Responsibilities:

• Internal User Support: Assist internal team members with software-related issues, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve: Identify and resolve technical problems related to software tools and systems used internally.
• Track Support Requests: Maintain records of support requests, including issue details, actions taken, and resolutions in the internal tracking system.
• Knowledge Sharing: Help update and maintain internal knowledge base or guides to assist team members in solving common software problems.
• Escalate Issues: For more complex issues, escalate to the appropriate teams (e.g., IT, development) and ensure clear communication until the issue is resolved.
• Identify Trends: Monitor recurring issues and share insights with the team to improve processes or identify areas for improvement in software or tools.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other teams (e.g., IT, development) to stay updated on software changes, updates, and any potential impact on internal users.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in technical support or troubleshooting (preferably in a software environment).
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to keep accurate records of support cases.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or internal tracking tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
