Assoc. Dir. DDIT Strategy and Growth Solution Delivery

Strategy & Growth s role is to bring an enterprise-wide, unified view of Novartis strategy across the RDC continuum and guide the companies planning and execution. Imagine the IT partnership opportunities you could bring!

This role will provide the Data Analysis needed to drive data management and data integration development roadmap for S&G, focusing and enabling decision making in the function that directly drives success of Novartis through more effective product roadmaps, market analysis as well as evaluation for acquisitions.
The job purpose is to act as a data analyst providing guidance to develop and enhance the data landscape across S&G applications. We are looking for an experienced individual in IT space to lead end to end delivery of the data solutions that re-define how Novartis operates. You will be working on strategic initiatives with the mandate to deliver solutions.
Analyse the functional specifications and transform them into data requirements and solution design, ultimately leading to meeting the business expectations while assuring solutions are safe, compliant, reliable, scalable, and flexible.

Understand the overall system landscape and develop data flows to ensure high performing, scalable and secure solutions. Review deliverables to ensure adherence to enterprise data management guidelines and architecture principle.

Engage with S&G business and leverage the appropriate IT teams and Functions to determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and generate value.
