Ensure the achievement of quality objectives (clients and internal) of assigned projects within defined deadlines
Main Missions
1 - Represent internal and external customers in their projects - Plan quality tasks for his/her projects - Conduct the process audit for BOP at supplier sites - Decide whether to qualify the BOP process - Accept supplier PPAP and the associated Quality Assurance Initiatives - Create quality assurance files in cooperation with site Quality - Create PPAP files for acceptance of initial samples by customers - Assist with process audits for new products at the production site - Decide to stop a project if the Quality/Cost/Deadline indicators are going drastically astray - Ensure the representativeness of PPAP - Signal when the operating methods applied to the project do not meet customer expectations
2 - Lead the quality activities within the projects - Ensure the correct application of customer quality reference documents and take their updates into account - Train members of the project group in customer quality reference documents - Make the necessary decisions to optimise results, in line with initial data - Ensure proper use of SMART DEV - Train colleagues in the use of Quality methods and tools
3 - Lead his/her activity - Based on the objectives of his/her project, define suitable action plans - Draft reports and reporting documents about his/her activity - Facilitate the implementation of SMART with regard to his/her projects - Propose changes to SMART associated with his/her activities
