Job Description: CA Final Candidate with 5 to 10 Years of Experience
Position Title: Senior Chartered Accountant
Location: Chennai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit, and a solid understanding of Indian and international accounting standards. This role is suited for individuals who have handled complex accounting and auditing tasks, client relationship management, and team leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Taxation:
• Oversee preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including preparation of GST returns, income tax filings, and transfer pricing documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

2. Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal & external stakeholders and creating cross-departmental relationships.Preparation and presentation of Corporate/ Stakeholder Deck.

3. Financial Management:

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and other key financial metrics.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

4. Financial Analysis:

• Monitor and evaluate organizational performance metrics
• Detailed review of actual financial performance against the annual budgets.
• Detailed review of vertical level profitability and cost benefit analysis.

5. Project Management:

• Would be part of the Strategy Team and drive the project specific deliverables.
• Develop and implement organizational policies.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: CA Final qualified with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience: Experience in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
• Industry Exposure: Preferably experience in industries such as IT & ITES
• Required Competencies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to drive projects from start to finish, besides managing change initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and other regulatory frameworks.
• Deep understanding of tax laws, GST, transfer pricing, and other statutory requirements.
