Role: Business Analyst (General Insurance)

Location: Chennai (Work from office)

Experience: 2 to 7 years

Roles and responsibilities:

• Strong documentation skills in preparing BRD/FSD/CRs
• Interaction with all stakeholders/partners for quicker resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
• Strong process & product knowledge of the Insurance products preferred
• Ability to accept change and adapt to given situation.
• Candidates with experience in underwriting, claims, re-insurance required.
• Exposure to Technology and its knowledge preferred.
• Hands on experience on creating wire frame is an added advantage.
• Keeping abreast with industry developments, regulatory requirements.
