- Conduct market research to analyze content trends, audience preference, and competitive landscape
- Identify and engage with subject matter experts and domain expert who has global market exposure and expertise
- Evaluate content for quality, relevance and alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure acquired content meets the platform and audience needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with content providers including SME s and industry experts
- Negotiate and review licensing agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Oversee and manage content delivery and integration processes to ensure smooth execution
- Take ownership and accountability for timely course launches, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Source and acquire current content from subject matter experts to keep the companys programs relevant in the industry
- Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure cost-effective execution of learning initiatives
- Engage with accreditation bodies to obtain certification for the courses
