- Reconciliation of books of accounts of investments and custodian banks.
- Managing bank/cash reconciliations on daily basis and resolve discrepancy, if any.
- Reporting discrepancies and cash balances.
- Analysing & record-keeping of the bank transactions on a daily basis.
- Execution of banking transactions and matching of bank deposits.
- Working on position reconciliation as per SLA.
- Preparation of budgets, deliver end-of-day P&L and pricing statements to management.
- Monitoring and analysing the Cash Flow and conducting due diligence.
- Identify and facilitate issue resolutions in a timely manner and escalate where applicable.
- Liaise with internal teams, custodian, banks, locally and globally, to address bank transaction and trade related enquiries and issues.
- Reconcile, monitor and post corporate actions.
- Prepare weekly and month-end reports.
- Analysing & auditing of bank accounts.
- Assisting and reviewing of draft financial statements.
- Assisting with Audit queries.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all bank/trade related data.
- Trade accounting with custodians of international markets (US, LSE & Luxembourg markets).
Job Specification
- Minimum 3 years experience in banking/middle office.
- Knowledge of Accounting entries & various treatment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to be flexible and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work with multiple departments.
