Job Summary:

We are seeking talented and passionate Interior Designers, including freshers and candidates with 2-3 years of experience, to join our dynamic team in the interior industry. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a keen understanding of interior design principles to deliver exceptional projects. This role involves collaborating with Clients, Architects, PMC, Project team, and Contractors to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with client expectations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present innovative interior design concepts to clients.
• Create detailed drawings using design software.
• Collaborate with Clients, PMC, Architects, Project team, and Contractors to execute design plans.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that meet project needs.
• Conduct site visits to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new design technologies.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain organized documentation of design processes and client communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience (2-3 years) in the interior design industry for experienced candidates.
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
• Experience in commercial interior projects.
• Familiarity with furniture design and custom installations.
• A strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects.
