Incharge - Sales & Operations (Traffic)

• Sales / Marketing

1. Business Development / Sales Development
2. Provide rates / quotations to clients
3. Followup and convert lead into sales / business

• Traffic Management

1. Vendor / Broker management and develop good network of vehicle suppliers
2. Collect best rates from market and costing to prepare customer quotations
3. Arrange vehicles from market as per customer requirements.
4. Coordinate with HO team on operations and Traffic management.

• Follow Up & Reporting

1. Vehicle tracking / MIS reporting to customer
2. Bill Submission & Payment collection
3. Weekly / Monthly reporting to Head Office

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of good experience in FTL & ODC transport industry with sales and traffic knowledge.
• Have own vehicle (4 Wheeler / 2 Wheeler)
• Ability to work independently and build team.
