Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer with 2 - 4 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative AI applications across various industries.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Strong experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

• Experience with SQL and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment.

• Knowledge of MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow is desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for a variety of applications, including predictive analytics, recommendation systems, anomaly detection, and automation.

2. Work with structured and unstructured data to clean, preprocess, and analyze data for AI model training.

3. Optimize and fine-tune ML models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

4. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate ML models into real-world applications.

5. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and preprocess large datasets for ML applications. 6. Implement MLOps best practices to monitor model performance and automate ML pipelines. 7. Stay updated on the latest advancements in ML and AI to enhance existing models and methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.

• Familiarity with big data processing frameworks like Apache Spark.

• Hands-on experience with explainable AI (XAI) and bias detection in ML models.

• Prior experience in AI-driven research or real-world ML deployment.

• Experience in healthcare technology.

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
