Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Write and execute integration tests, journey-level tests, and end-to-end tests.
- Perform thorough regression testing.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that quality is built into the product from the beginning.

- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure project success
- Executing functional & regression test cases within given deadlines.
- Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
- Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
- Provides suitable solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes
- Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
- Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market.
- Responding to requests from the design team and management.
- Assists in test environment setup/teardown, test automation, and exploratory testing.
- Leads/mentors Test Engineers and shares knowledge to make sure QA staff meets technical qualifications required for their positions.
- Manage and maintain a regression suite (Manual and Automation cases).
- Readily available to acknowledge critical issues or escalations.
- Be involved in weekly production sanity tests. Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including black-box, white-box, and gray-box testing.
- Expertise in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation tests.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with performance testing and security testing
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD)
- Contributions to open-source projects Qualification:
- A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or technical degree.
