Mind Coach

About the role:

We are looking for a mind coach to join our team and support the well-being of our patients. A

psychologists responsibilities include evaluating patients and gathering their history before

diagnosing issues that need attention through the use of tests to develop a treatment plan to ensure the health and success of your patients. They will interview patients and perform diagnostic tests to get a clearer idea of their mental health issues. Ultimately, you will provide individual treatment options for people to understand themselves better while helping others identify ways to change their behaviours and alleviate problems in their lives.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working as a psychologist or related field

• Ability to pass a thorough background check

• The ability to work effectively with diverse populations

• Strong working knowledge of diagnostic techniques

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Using knowledge of psychological theory and practice

• Helping clients address mental health concerns or adjust their behaviors

• Exhibiting superior communication skills to uncover complicated mental health issues

• Helping individuals address underlying behavioral issues

• Empathizing on a wide range of people

• Focusing on the needs of your clients

• Developing and recommending treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnosis

• Providing referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or treatment

• Collaborating with faculty, staff, and other professionals to provide the best care possible

Qualifications:

• Master degree from an accredited program in clinical or counselling psychology
