Immediate hiring for NOC Engineer:-

Position : NOC Engineer

Experience : 0-6 month

Job Location : Chennai -Mepz.

1.Recognize, identify and prioritize incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organizational policies and operational impact

2.Collect and provide performance reports for various systems, and report trends in hardware and application performance to assist technical personnel

3.Monitor a wide variety of information and network systems that include, but are not limited to telecommunications circuits, LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP systems, servers, storage, backup, operating systems and core applications

4.Support multiple technical teams in 24 x 7 environment /operational environments with high uptime requirements.

5.Receive customer requests directly via phone, email etc, ensure proper recording/ documentation, provide first level response & convey resolutions to customer issues

6.Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources

7.Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support

Eligibility:

- Any degree.

- Strong communication skills.
