Job Description
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit) processes for import and export transactions
- Purchase bills Verification - TDS, GST, HSN
- Check TDS and GST details daily to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Review all bills related to daily accounting to ensure compliance with MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review TDS returns on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all plant-related entries through regular verification and reconciliation
- Take physical stock of raw materials every month.
- Open, check, and edit items, item master, ledger, ledger master, suppliers, HSN codes, and related data on a daily basis
- Update MSME details with the latest MSME certificates of all suppliers (physical copies)
