Role & responsibilities

• Inspections - RM checking as per trim card, Inprocess/inline checking, Randomly FG checking
• To secure product quality by training Checkers team on shop floor to identify any issues.
• To train team of supervisors so they understand quality issues and how to solve them at root.
• Responsible to decrease rework % on daily basis
• Responsible to get clearence to dispatch from customer
• Responsible to take corrective & preventive actions against problems & defects with help of devlopment & production team
• Responsible for RM inward to FG dispatch
• Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
• Involment in new product devlopment
• Responsible to Maintain all QA documents records like Lab, first pc., inline/mejor defects, inspectors records etc.
• Responsible for all RM testings, instrument calibration, Trim cards, PP samples
• Knowledge of 5s, at least awareness of house keeping
• Coordination with customer on a daily basis
• Responsible for customer complaints on urgent basis
• Share CAPA with customers
