Job Title: Luxury Bag Sales Person

We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and passionate Sales Associate to join our team at a high-end luxury bag boutique. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain an in-depth knowledge of our exclusive collection of luxury handbags, and assist clients in finding the perfect pieces to match their needs and lifestyle. You will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable shopping experience that reflects the sophistication and elegance of our brand.
Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers with a warm, professional demeanor. Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our luxury bag collection, including materials, craftsmanship, and current trends. Effectively communicate the unique value of each product to customers.
Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed individual sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service. Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, inform them about new arrivals, and invite them to exclusive events.
Store Presentation: Ensure the store is always presented beautifully, with bags and accessories displayed in an appealing manner that reflects the luxury image of the brand.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring that merchandise is well-organized and available for customers to view. Support in receiving and handling deliveries.
Brand Representation: Uphold the brands values and high standards by dressing in accordance with the store’s aesthetic and embodying a polished, professional appearance at all times.
Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, efficient work environment. Contribute to the success of the team by sharing product knowledge and sales strategies.

Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end accessories semi luxury is preferred.
