1. Data Management and Reporting:

• Collect data from different sources and maintain an accurate database.
• Develop reports based on organizational needs and ensure the timely delivery of the same.
• Present reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
2. Data Analysis:
• Analyse complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Create customized reports as requested by different departments or management.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
3. System Maintenance and Improvement:
• Ensure the proper functioning of the companys MIS system.
• Propose and implement improvements to MIS processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to reporting and data management.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to gather data and generate reports.
• Assist team members and departments in understanding and interpreting data.
• Provide training and support to staff on how to use the reporting systems effectively.
5. Data Integrity and Security:
• Ensure all data is kept confidential and adheres to organizational data security standards.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain data integrity.
6. Compliance:
• Ensure all reporting complies with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
