Job Title: SAP MM Consultant

Experience : 5-10 Years

Client Location: Hyderabad, India (On-Site)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP MM Implementation and Support: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Materials Management (MM) module.
• Business Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops to collect and document customer business requirements, interpret and validate them for system configuration.
• Process Mapping: Map client business processes and objectives, identify product modifications, and develop solutions to meet client needs.
• System Design & Configuration: Design, customize, configure, and test SAP MM functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Gap Analysis and Solutions: Identify gaps and issues in existing processes and propose workaround solutions or improvements.
• Client Liaison & Troubleshooting: Act as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software-related issues.
• Issue Resolution: Handle urgent issues and transport changes as required for high-priority incidents, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Documentation: Document functional designs, test cases, and test results for transparency and future reference.
• Proactive Process Improvement: Proactively identify and propose enhancements to business processes and the SAP system for continuous improvement.
• Consulting Services: Provide consulting for both new SAP implementations and ongoing support projects, ensuring seamless integration of business requirements.
• Collaboration with Technical Team: Act as a bridge between business functions and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and effective solutions.
• Training & User Support: Provide ad-hoc training and user support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP MM functionalities across business teams.Role & responsibilities
