• Preparation of Financial Statements for NBFC: Working knowledge and competency in preparing financial statements complying with Companies Act and RBI requirements. Ensuring accurate preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements specific to loan portfolios.
• Calculation of NPA as per RBI norms periodically
• Loan Portfolio Analysis: Analyzing performance metrics, such as loan delinquency, default rates, and repayment rates.
• NPA computation Risk Assessment: Monitoring and reporting on the financial risks related to loan exposure.
• Compliance Reporting: Ensuring that all reporting adheres to regulatory requirements such as IFRS, GAAP, or local financial regulations.
• Payroll and Income Tax Managing Payroll and Income Tax, GST etc..

2. Budgeting & Forecasting, MIS

• Loan Revenue Projections: Developing forecasts for loan originations, repayments, and interest income.
• Expense Management: Monitoring costs related to loan disbursement, underwriting, and servicing.
• Budget Allocation: Allocating financial resources based on loan product performance and future outlooks.

Reconciliations: Performing regular reconciliations between loan management systems and financial accounts.

3. Tax Compliance

• Income taxes: Filing of income tax returns, TDS returns, ability and working knowledge to review compliance WRT TDS
• GST : Filing of GST returns, maintaining records WRT GST like input tax register and allied compliances
