Position Overview:. We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence solutions that support our sensor integration and data fusion projects. This includes working with complex sensor data such as Electronic Warfare Systems, Radars, and Sonars etc,Inertial Navigation System (INU) and GPS systems. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions
Key Responsibilities:. Design and implement AI/ML algorithms for processing and analyzing ESM, Radar, and Sonar sensor data
Develop machine learning models for data fusion involving sensor data and navigational inputs from various Inertial Navigation Units and GPS systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing and new sensor systems
Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and their potential applications in defense and aerospace
Optimize and fine-tune models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Work with large datasets to train, validate, and test models, ensuring high performance and reliability
Provide technical expertise in AI/ML to support project development and client engagements
Document and present findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders
Qualifications:. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus
Proven experience in AI/ML algorithm development, preferably in the defense or aerospace industry
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
Familiarity with sensor technologies, data fusion techniques, and real-time processing
Solid understanding of ELINT, COMINT, Radar, Sonar data processing, and integration with INS and GPS data
Experience with sensor integration, including calibration, synchronization, and data alignment
Proficiency in signal processing and data analysis techniques
Knowledge of hardware-software integration for sensor systems
Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and augmentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements. Experience with edge computing and deploying AI/ML models on embedded systems
Knowledge of defense and aerospace industry standards and regulations
Experience with signal processing, radar systems, or remote sensing technologies
Proficiency in sensor fusion algorithms and multi-sensor data fusion techniques
