Job Description: Application Architect

Must have skills -

• Bachelors in computer science engineering or equivalent, with 6+years of experience in
  playing Application Architect for a large enterprise solution.
• Thought leadership architecting and designing for large amount of critical business processes and transactions.
• Experience in Architecting enterprise wide Microservices architecture solutions and
  System Integration.
• Strong knowledge Design Patterns
• Strong hands-on technical skills in Dot Net CORE, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, Web API,
  Entity Framework, LINQ, AZURE App Services, RESTful Services, ADO.NET, Containers/
  Kubernetes,
• Strong understanding on Azure Infra side.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, comfortable presenting to CXO level.
• Planning for long term maintenance of multiple complex application stacks.

Good to have skills -

• Experience of Data Modelling, Data Mapping, building solutions using Azure Data & Analytics
  PaaS Services: Azure Data Factory, SQL Server (VM + Managed services), ETL, SSIS,
  Database Schema mapping, database migration, cut-off and roll over planning.

Working knowledge:

- Architect and Design large scale solution space.

- Has working knowledge on HIPPA/ HL7, GDPR, personal data protection, VPN, etc.

- Architecting solution with integrating devices, SCADA/ IoT applications

- Analytical and problem-solving experience and ability to grasp new concepts, provide insights and solutions.

- High attention to detail and ability to stay organized despite multiple demands.

- Working with AGILE SCRUM teams, aligning with Product Backlog, DevOps - CI/ CD

Roles/Responsibilities:

- Understand product/ project needs and design databases to align with business goals.

- Present architecture and design to internal and external stakeholders

- Work with Application Architect, Dev Ops, Privacy and Security to design robust database spread of schemas.

- Participate in Planning, Developing, Building, Design Reviews. Presenting Database Strategy to customers. Participate in pre-sales, solutioning.

- Plan, execute and monitor business critical ETL jobs to minimize down-time.

- Coach and mentor other Architects and Designers.

Optional:

- Exposure to Healthcare domain, EMR/ HIS.

- Enterprise Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certified. Masters in computers / Engg.
