Job Description
- Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.
- Develop an automation roadmap and helps initiate the right framework and maintain the existing automation suite.
- Empower the project test teams to do their own automation with the help of right tools and strategies.
- Develop, modify, and execute automated scripts and programs for testing.
- Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
What You Know:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of proven professional experience is required.
- Develop and maintain QA UI and API Test Automation framework.
- Experience with good programming or scripting practices and tools: code review, GIT distributed repositories , CI techniques and tools.
- Experience with Selenium or similar automation tools
- Experience with cucumber / Allure or similar reporting tools
- Collaborate with other QA engineers to design, prototype, and implement new strategies, tools, or concepts.
- Drive overall quality process by encouraging discipline in versioning, documentation, and deployment processes
- Intimate familiarity with QA concepts: white-/black-/grey-box testing, acceptance/regression test, system integration test
- Intimate familiarity with quality metrics: escaped defects, reliability, repeatability, resiliency
- Excellent interpersonal skills for soliciting relevant information for a project from different teams
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
