QA Automation & Manual

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
  
• Perform thorough regression testing and ensure the quality and stability of application releases.
  
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and optimize testing processes.
  
• Design and implement automated test scripts using Java and Selenium for web applications.
  
• Conduct API testing using Rest Assured and validate backend services.
  
• Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and perform database testing.
  
• Identify, document, and report defects or issues found during testing.
  
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile framework.
  
• Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in QA testing, including both manual and automation testing.
  
• Strong understanding of QA/testing concepts and methodologies.
  
• Proficient in SQL for database testing and validation.
  
• Hands-on experience with API, backend, and UI testing.
  
• Expertise in automation tools and frameworks, particularly Java and Selenium.
  
• Familiarity with Rest Assured for API testing.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of additional testing tools or frameworks.
  
• Experience with performance testing and security testing will be a plus.
  
• Experience with performance testing tools (eg, JMeter, LoadRunner).
  
• Knowledge of additional test management tools (eg, JIRA, TestRail).
  
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (eg, AWS, Azure) and their automation capabilities.
