Job Description
- Design, develop and implement AI self-service applications with Google CCAI
- Support and maintain voice and digital AI Self-Service solutions for large, multi-location contact centers
- Ability to interface with Business partners as needed to drive towards implementation of AI solutions
- A Minimum 2+ years of experience with Contact centers.
- Should have 1 or 2 years Java development experience
- Should have 1+ years of experience with Google Dialog Flow CX and Google Cloud CCAI
- Experience in supporting multi-site contact center implementations
- Experience with Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech services such as Nuance, Google and Amazon
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Cisco CVP/WebexCCE experience is a plus
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
