Cyber Security - Deputy General Manager (Mid-level Management) for AMIEO Region

The AMIO information Security Deputy General Manager is a critical member of the AMIEO Information Cyber Security team.

This is a midlevel managerial position and is to act as an interface between the regional Security teams and the work of the technology-focused analysts, engineers and administrators in the AMIO IT organization. They must be able to translate the IT-risk requirements and constraints of the business into technical control requirements and specifications, as well as develop metrics for ongoing performance measurement and reporting. They will coordinate the AMIO IT organizations technical activities to implement and manage security infrastructure, and to provide regular status and service-level reports to management.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions

Project Management: Managing security projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Communication Skills: Clearly conveying security policies and procedures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Continuous Learning: Keeping up with the latest developments in cybersecurity to stay ahead of potential threats
