Field Engineer /Technician

installs calibrates, maintains, and repairs measuring equipment used for monitoring water and wastewater parameters such as level, pressure, flow, temperature, pH, chlorine and dissolved oxygen

• • Performs corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure proper operation and calibration of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water system instruments, control loops, and monitoring circuits
• • Maintains instrumentation documentation for water quality requirements
• • Monitors and maintains materials, inventory, and supplies
• • Prepares, plans, schedules, processes, and completes work orders utilizing a computer maintenance management system to aid in asset management and inventory control
• • Responds to emergency calls, callouts, inquires, and complaints
• • Installs, wires and program instrumentation devices (flow meters, pressure transmitters, PLCs, etc.)
• • Cultivate inclusive and respectful working relationships that support a sense of belonging for all employees and community members.
