Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform final inspection, raw material inspection, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) techniques to ensure compliance with ASME codes and ISO standards.
- Utilize Vernier caliper, micrometer, and other measuring tools to inspect dimensions and tolerances of valve components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) engineering or related field.
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in controlling, inspection using gauges such as Vernier caliper; knowledge of ASME codes; familiarity with Oil & Gas industry practices.
