Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Management Executive - Niramai
NIRAMAI Health Analytix is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Management Executive with a strong execution bias and sound business acumen to own talent acquisition and management for supporting business operations.
Primary roles & responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment support to all functions by deploying their hiring strategy and plans
- Be responsible for managing the entire talent acquisition process for Imaging Technicians, Pan India to enable the Screening Operations Function
- Be responsible for sourcing candidates through various platforms & partners, manage scheduling & interviewing, followed by hiring and onboarding
- Create & update Job Descriptions, as per the Organization Structure, to ensure they are accurate & relevant for hiring and managing talent
- Explore, Identify & Formalize Recruitment Partners and work with them for enabling the hiring process
- Conduct Market analysis to participate in creating and updating the Compensation Strategy and Incentive Plans to engage, retain and foster high performance among the Technicians talent pool
- Support the CEO s office in managing regular operations
Requirements for the role:
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on, self-driven with high energy levels and willing to explore new ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with stakeholders across functions within the organization
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Sound business acumen & ability to think out of the box
- Education : MBA Preferred; Graduate in any discipline
