Regional Head - Partner Procurement

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Head - Partner Procurement, with a primary focus on franchisee / partner procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stockbroking, a deep understanding of financial markets, and a proven track record in driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Job Description -

1.⁠ ⁠Partner Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure partner success.

2.⁠ ⁠Develop & Execute Robust Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies for acquiring experienced channel partners.

3.⁠ ⁠Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of channel sales professionals.

4.⁠ ⁠Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies for growth.

5.⁠ ⁠Collaboration:

• Coordinate with internal teams for effective collaboration.

6.⁠ ⁠Market Expansion:

• Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion through partners.

7.⁠ ⁠Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure business associates adhere to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.

8.⁠ ⁠Reporting & Analysis:

• Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on channel partner performance and regional sales trends.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the stockbroking or financial services industry.
3. Exceptional communication skills.
4. Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
