Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Management:
Oversee vendor payments, accounts receivable, invoicing, and cash flow.
Manage outsourced payroll and accounting functions.
Financial Planning & Modeling:
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and creating financial models for internal decision-making.
Prepare financial reports and investor decks.
Investment Banking & Fundraising:
Support debt and equity fundraising activities.
Conduct financial analysis for capital raising and M&A opportunities.
Assist in investor relations, due diligence, and deal execution.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure regulatory compliance and support external audits.
Required Skills:
1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or FP&A.
Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
