Job Description :

Knowledge & Experience :

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in managing teams developing complex enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot , Message Queues (e. , Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ) Multithreading, SQL (preferably MySQL).

- Preferred experience in a bootstrapped company.

- Proven experience in leading and managing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for complex challenges and building various features.

- Strong background in product development and startup environments.

- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and design patterns.

- Proficiency in using GitHub and Jira for version control and project management.

- Ability to mentor and lead a team in a fast-paced environment, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- A high-growth/startup mindset is essential.

- Contributions to open-source projects or an active Git profile are a significant plus.

- Interest in cloud security is highly advantageous.

- Experience in developing data centre applications related to cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery is a plus.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an additional benefit.

Required Skills :
