Service Manager - Urgent Requirement - Immediate Joiner

Role & responsibilities

1. Attend Internal & External Call Audit Purpose QMS
2. Understand Customer Complaints and register them
3. Manage internal Team of 4 People and also contract team for Mechanical Job on site
4. Attend Service calls & assign applicable resources to resolve service request
5. Co-ordination with internal Department (Design, Documentation & Execution) Coordinate with Vendors.
6. Travel – 5 to 10 days to Customer Sites & sometimes abroad.
