Role & responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients in the HORECA segment, focusing on hotels, restaurants, canteens, hostels, and catering services.
• Appointment of HoReCa Distributors and Hotel Suppliers who are supplying to   hotels, restaurants, canteens, hostels, and catering services.
• Product Launching with professional touch, with sampling and detailing the product benefits 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth.
• Implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
• Manage distribution channels and collaborate with distributors to optimize product availability.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and market feedback to support decision-making.
• Ensure continuous customer interaction to address and resolve any concerns for improved satisfaction and retention.
• Provide Continuous market intelligence for making the short and long term business strategies  
• Provide Competition information about rates, availability, new launch, for better benchmarking of SKU
• Appointment of proper manpower, training of Manpower, Placement and goal setting of team below
• Measurement of performance of the team below 
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solution oriented & positive Attitude. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting

deadlines.
