Key skills for the job
-Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion, and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and timelines
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support as needed
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve conflicts or difficult situations
- Ensure quality control and assurance, meeting company standards and client expectations
- Analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
Skills Required-
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-facing experience, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Convincing skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Teamwork and team management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Ability to handle difficult situations, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
