We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Product Owner with experience in Agile best practices to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality products that meet business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the team s Product Manager and stakeholders to ensure that features are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered on schedule. Your work will be integral in aligning team activities with company goals and driving the execution of the team s roadmap.

Agile Ceremony Leadership: Facilitate and manage team ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and weekly retrospectives.

Backlog Management: Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are fully understood and actionable by the development team.

Ticket Management and Sign-off: Define acceptance criteria and sign off on completed tickets to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed on team progress, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback to inform future work.

Roadmap Execution: Work closely with the Product Manager to align on and execute the team roadmap, ensuring initiatives are on track and meeting business priorities.

KPI Tracking and Reporting: Track and report team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with company OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures), providing visibility into the team s performance and areas for improvement.
