Position Overview:
- Being in the Leadership & Strategic HR role, you will be in charge of all 3 locations Juhu, Santacruz & Marine Drive. The incumbent will lead the Human Resources department in all the spheres viz. talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, performance management etc. This position reports to the Founder and CEO.
Job Description:
- Aligned with vision, puts together all Human Resources policies and processes. Ensuring strong focus on wellness and sustainability principles in all people aspects.
- Driving towards creating an effective work culture that enables in building a winning team for the company.
- Leads and manages the Human Resources Department, recommending long-term goals, developing and implementing strategies to meet the business objectives.
- Develops, implements and continually reviews HR policies & procedures, practices and personnel administration systems, updating and / or recommending improvements as appropriate to the management.
- As they say, "Happy Employees keep Customers Happy" therefore in all aspects, it will be vital to have a conducive environment towards the people operation that keeps aura positive and pleasing at workplace.
- Manages the recruitment function by developing and implementing recruiting systems and procedures to attract best-qualified candidates. Recruits and participates in the selection of all employees across levels.
- Runs and monitors the Performance Management System and acts in an advisory capacity to the leadership and various Department Heads on the process and actively participates in the talent management plan.
- Outlines a Succession Plan, to ensure healthy talent retention and proper staffing on long-term basis.
- Encourages all the employees to be the ambassadors of business services.
- Counsels team members at all levels as needed in areas such as recruitment, training and development, career planning, team member relations, discipline, employee benefits and HR legal issues related aspects.
- Encourages, open communication channels.
- Ensures that the selection process is clear and on target to help develop team members and ensure that the right people fill the right positions.
- Ensures the orientation process has all the needed information to allow new team members to understand the workings of the company.
Job specifications:
A successful candidate should have the following:
- Qualifications: Full-time MBA / PGDM in HR from a reputed college.
- Candidate should be able to lead and manage the Human Resources Department, recommending long-term goals, developing and implementing strategies to meet the business objectives.
- Candidate should have extensive business partnering (HRBP) experience along with Organizational Development (OD) initiatives and experience with managing Employee Relations (ER).
