Manager - Pre Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide the entire pre-sales team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality lead conversion.
• Develop and implement strategies to support business growth and customer engagement.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business goals.
• Drive team performance through training, coaching, and process improvements.
• Manage pre-sales activities across different regions or at a PAN India level.
• Analyze pre-sales performance metrics and create detailed reports.
• Utilize Excel formulas and pivot tables for in-depth data analysis and

forecasting.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation
• Stay updated on industry trends and product/service knowledge to effectively communicate with clients
