Job Description

Looking for a dynamic profile full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with requirements.


You will also be assisting in providing administrative support.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, Screening, scheduling and shortlisting the candidates.
  • Post JDs in various job platforms. Craft/send recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes, assess candidates.
  • Work closely with Business and HR Teams to create the Job descriptions.
  • Managing travel/accommodation related work for employees.
  • Manage office inventory, external vendors.
  • To assist in all office clerical works, e.g., pick purchase order etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA or Relevant qualification and experience
  • 0-3 years of experience in Recruitments
  • Excellent communication in spoken English, and written
  • Inter and intrapersonal skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office suite (word, email, Power Point, Excel etc.,)
  • Good in computer operations.
  • Go and get attitude, team player.
