Hiring ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, particularly in the IT Service Management (ITSM) space.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of ServiceNow implementation, ensuring that business requirements are met through effective platform configuration, integration, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Skills & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
Design solutions that meet industry best practices and align with business processes.
Implement and configure ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules on the ServiceNow platform.
Customize ServiceNow applications, including UI policies, business rules, and workflows, to align with client needs.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.
Promote ITIL and ServiceNow best practices in process implementation and solution design.
Provide recommendations for process automation, incident reduction, and resource optimization.
Develop and execute test plans, document configuration changes, and provide end-user training.
Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
Strong experience in designing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow workflows and processes.
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and experience in REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and practices.
Proficiency in developing ServiceNow custom applications and integrations.
Knowledge of asset management, CMDB, and discovery tools.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with stakeholders and team members.
Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
Certification
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM certification preferred).
