Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager to lead and manage our SAP implementation and optimization efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP systems, along with leadership skills to guide teams and ensure smooth integration of SAP solutions across business processes.

As SAP Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of SAP initiatives, from project planning to post-deployment support, while continuously improving the system to align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP Project Management : Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of SAP projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and meet business requirements.

- System Optimization : Oversee SAP upgrades, enhancements, and continuous optimization, ensuring the system is operating efficiently and effectively.

- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and functional specialists, fostering collaboration and skill development.

- Business Process Alignment : Work closely with business units to understand their processes and translate requirements into SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

- User Support and Troubleshooting : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations and addressing issues promptly.

- Training and Development : Coordinate SAP training programs for end-users to ensure smooth system adoption and usage.

- Vendor Coordination : Manage relationships with SAP vendors, ensuring that external support aligns with project timelines and business expectations.

- Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and present regular reports on SAP performance, project status, and system updates to senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in managing SAP projects, including implementation, configuration, and support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e., SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FI/CO, etc.

- Solid understanding of business processes and how they integrate with SAP systems.

- Strong project management and team leadership skills.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in training end-users and ensuring adoption of SAP solutions.

- Good communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.

- SAP certifications (e., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus
