Industry Reports: Implement industry standard management reporting practices (Fund Transfer pricing; Cost allocation; etc.)
Business Performance Reports: Review of FTP policy and drive changes for effective business performance
Financial Performance Reports: Responsible for review, organize and ensure final delivery of the month-end Management reports for submission to senior management and Board of Directors in order to provide information on the bank's financial performance as well as Provide insights for ALCO on a continuous basis including tracking Daily Cost of liabilities
Analytics reports: Time to time sensitivity scenario analysis on macroeconomic variable such as interest rate, FX etc. for top management as well as Provide analytics reports on Group wide and Business performance and trends. Prepare Investor relations quarterly updates
Budget: Organize the production and finalization of annual budget for presentation to the senior management following a rigorous discussion and analysis of submissions by the member business groups and operating divisions as well as participate in the finalization process involving discussions with business groups and performing scenario analysis for Group wide Budget.
Information Monitoring: Supervise the relevant information gathering process and consolidation of the input received from business groups,
Data Analysis: Check the data received for consistency with the underlying business assumptions, prior period performances and projected market conditions as well as support Head of Business planning and analysis and Group CFO to do the business performance review at regular intervals.
Monthly Performance review: Implement process to track key parameters in order to monitor bank's profitability and variance with budget, finalize and review monthly performance review packs
Forecasting: Responsible for timely and accurate Business units' incomes and profitability forecasts along with what if analysis to project the various possible scenario
Rating Agencies: Responsible for review of the rating reports and recommend changes. Ensure error free information is provided to the agencies on a timely basis.
Business Partnering: Point of contact for the business divisions for all the insights required about their results and act as a financial advisor for them.
Special Projects: Act as a functional lead in all the projects assigned to the Unit like Budget automation, Dashboard reporting etc.
New product Review: Provide recommendation of financial feasibility of new branches, products and marketing campaigns
Peer Benchmarking: Responsible for benchmarking group performance with peers, regulatory statistics and rating agency statistics for top management
MIS Support: Supporting in managing the MIS of Private Banking Division, customer profitability and pricing insights, incentive scheme design and computation as well as provide Support for other business divisions like International Banking, Treasury and Investments
Process Management: Manage the Process change, controls and driving automation for the MIS function (Budget automation, Dashboards etc.)
