- Must have Can Do attitude adaptability, flexibility.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate and document client requirements.
- Facilitate workshop to collect business requirements
- Design, customize, configure and test
- Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions.
- Address high priority issues and handle emergency transports. Document functional design, test cases, test scripts and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services for new implementation and existing support projects.
- Provide training and hand holding to the users.
- May work as SME to junior members.
- Will be willing to travel onsite if required for implementation and requirement gathering.
- Must be willing to work in client timing (India/Asia pacific/US/GMT), depending on the type
