Job Description
- Lead and manage SAP SD module implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Design, configure, and test SAP SD solutions, including order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and shipping.
- Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO) and external systems.
- Implement and support SAP GTM functionalities, including compliance management, customs management, and trade preference management.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP SD and GTM issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and shipping.
- Experience with SAP GTM, including compliance management, customs management, and trade preference management.
- Proficiency in SAP integration with other modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP certification in SD and/or GTM is a plus.
