The Role:
The goal of the product management team here is to understand our users and leverage our AI/ML capabilities to build innovative products. We aim to empower our users to harness the potential of our products and models through easy-to-use, intuitive designs and workflows.
As a Staff Product Manager, you will work to combine product and design thinking, with the latest machine learning and data science techniques, to empower users to unlock critical value for themselves. You will work on our products for Energy & Utility products -Intelligent Vegetation Management System (IVMS) Climate Risk Intelligence System (CRIS) and Asset Inspection & Monitoring System (AIMS), which enables our utilities to quickly assess vegetation, climate and asset risks and create & execute plans that enable cost efficiencies with increased reliability of networks.
How you'll make an impact:
- Drive product strategy by aligning the company vision and goals with market demands, customers' current and future needs, our AI/ML capabilities, and the latest technological advancements
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders across E&U products. Own the product definition from ideation through growth to help large enterprises optimize their operations and improve resilience
- Own the product roadmap and requirements aligned with business objectives
- Define and drive key metrics for adoption and usage
- Collaborate with multiple teams, such as design, engineering and platform, to ensure high-quality product delivery while considering all short-term and long-term trade-offs in technical decisions
- Define and drive key metrics for adoption and usage. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement
- Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and performance results to key stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of overall experience in technical roles, with 6+ years in product management, focusing on building B2B / B2C SaaSproducts
- Understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies
- Experience in owning the complete lifecycle of a product from concept to scale
- Passionate about applying design thinking and a customer-centric approach to building, experimenting with, and iterating on innovative products
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Experience in building enterprise SaaS products is a plus
- Experience working with AI models or Data Science teams is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline; or equivalent experience is required; an MBA is a plus
