Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced ERP Lead Admin (SAP Basis) to lead our SAP RISE SAP Basis environment, ensuring seamless operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute and lead SAP RISE SAP Basis environment (SAP R/3 ECC to SAP S/4 HANA systems)

- Collaborate with SAP to deploy fit-for-purpose solutions

- Define and deliver ERP technical requirements

- Lead and work independently on complex projects

- Ensure IT controls, handle internal and external audits from SAP Basis perspective

Requirements :

- 15+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Experience with SAP RISE, HEC models, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

- Proven track record of delivering complex ERP projects

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience in semiconductor industry or high-tech/manufacturing industry

- Prior experience in consulting firms

- Expertise in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, and MS Word
