Senior Lead - Enterprise App Development - SAP S4 HANA Finance (10-17 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end process design, build, test, and integration of the R2R (Record to Report - FICO) value stream.

- Resolve process and integration design issues related to the Value Stream.

- Review plans and provide guidance to the project team during build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and service transition to ensure a successful go-live.

- Design key FICO enterprise structures and master data objects, specifically business partners.

- Provide delivery support and assist in resolving open SAP Solution architecture-related risks and issues by leveraging experience.

- Responsible for functional specifications, data conversion, and integration specifications related to the R2R value stream.

- Provide thought leadership, best practices, and subject matter expertise within FICO.

Required Qualifications:

- Overall experience of 10-15 years, with at least 5-6 full life-cycle SAP implementations in an MNC, covering all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over, and post go-live support).

- Implementation experience in the Hi-Tech industry is an advantage.

- Solid understanding and implementation experience of SAP S/4 HANA USGAAP & IFRS Ledger setup and reporting, including multi-currency ledgers with global reporting in USD.

- Solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Project Systems, Product Costing & Overhead Cost Control). Finance aspects/integration with Ariba for payables is an added advantage.

- Solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Integration FICO with MM & SD.

- Good experience in Lease Accounting, Bank Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Consolidation & Reporting, with a detailed understanding of integration with distribution and logistics, using dropship scenarios.

- Design and implementation experience in two or more of the following areas: SAP S/4 HANA, MDG, Signavio, Vertex (Internal & External Tax Reporting).

- Understanding/experience in SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management is a plus.

- Demonstrate leadership abilities, identify priorities, and lead complex topics on a global basis, convincing others.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones.

- Flexibility to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams.
