We are seeking a seasoned Sr.Business Analyst to join our growing talented team. In this role you will berequired to work with technical leads and product management team forintegration implementations. The ideal candidate will be required toanalyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and designeffective solutions to ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders, system users, and technology teams to deeply understand business needs, gather requirements, and pinpoint integration opportunities.
Evaluate business processes, workflows, and data exchange requirements to identify gaps and propose holistic solutions.
Craft detailed functional and technical specifications, integration workflows, and data mapping documentation for future reference and execution.
Perform thorough analysis of existing systems, data structures, and interfaces to pinpoint integration points, data dependencies, and potential hurdles.
Review test plans and validate integration testing results to ensure precision, compliance, and seamless system interoperability during user acceptance testing.
Investigate and resolve integration issues, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and collaborate closely with development teams to implement necessary remedies.
Communicate project progress, integration risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders, including project managers, business owners, and technical teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required; advanced degree such as MBA, MCA, or M.Tech preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of industry experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong grasp of agile methodologies with experience in Scrum or similar frameworks.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps Boards.
Demonstrated proficiency in creating site maps, wireframes, and comprehensive documentation to support software development projects.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to craft clear and concise status reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Solid understanding of issue management, scope management, and risk management principles.
Familiarity with SQL Server, MySQL, or other database querying languages preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate efficiently in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and data integrity during integration processes.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) would be advantageous.
Understanding of healthcare workflows and systems is a plus.
Experience working with USA or European clients is a plus.
Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore, and onshore development teams in a dynamic and complex environment will be helpful in day-to-day working.
