Senior Marketing Manager
- NextAccel is seeking a results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our internal marketing department and drive lead generation strategies for both NextAccel and our clients.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic and tactical marketer with expertise in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, content creation, and building multi-channel marketing systems to generate consistent, qualified leads.
- This individual will also stay current on the latest marketing technologies to improve efficiency and enhance overall campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the internal marketing strategy for NextAccel, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer objectives.
- Guide the marketing department and collaborate with clients to tailor strategies that drive both NextAccel's and clients' growth trajectories.
Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement a robust multi-channel marketing strategy that drives consistent, qualified lead generation for both NextAccel and client campaigns.
Campaign Development and Execution:
Paid Digital Campaigns:
Pay-Per-Click (PPC):
- Manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing to target specific demographics, manage budgets, and optimize for the best return on investment.
Social Media Advertising:
- Utilize paid advertising on platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram to reach targeted audiences and increase engagement.
- Each campaign will be tailored to the platform's unique user base and advertising strengths.
Other Paid Channels:
- Explore additional paid channels such as sponsored content opportunities, display ads, and retargeting strategies to maximize visibility and lead conversion.
Organic Campaigns:
Content Marketing:
- Develop and share high-quality, SEO-optimized content across blogs, newsletters, and white papers to engage different customer personas and improve organic reach.
Social Media Management:
- Execute organic social media strategies, creating regular posts on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to maintain customer engagement and brand consistency.
Email Marketing:
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns that are segmented based on customer behaviors and preferences to nurture leads through tailored communications.
Video Marketing:
- Utilize platforms like YouTube and Vimeo for video marketing to enhance user engagement and provide value through educational and promotional content.
Webinars and Virtual Conferences:
- Host webinars and participate in virtual conferences to position NextAccel as a thought leader and generate leads by providing valuable content to attendees.
Marketing Funnel Management:
- Oversee the entire lead funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns to bottom-of-funnel conversion tactics, ensuring an integrated approach for maximum impact.
Client Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with clients to create and execute lead generation strategies that drive results and align with their business goals.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and ensure that lead gen strategies are optimized for success.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish KPIs for lead generation and track campaign success, providing regular reports to leadership and clients, with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring a collaborative environment focused on generating qualified leads and driving growth for both NextAccel and our clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with sales, product, and client teams to develop and align lead gen strategies with overall business objectives.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to drive lead generation efforts and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 5 to 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on, results-oriented marketing tactics.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign performance and optimization.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a service or consulting firm, with a focus on client-driven marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with advanced marketing platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and content creation.
