Job Description
- Architect and design complex web applications using Java developemt , ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to define project requirements and specifications.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to improve their skills and code quality.
- Implement best practices for code maintainability, scalability, and optimization, and ensure they are followed by the development team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and libraries to enhance our development process.
- Essential functions
- Experience of programming in Java, J2EE
- Required minimum of 10 years of expereince with Java Backend Technologies.
- Experience with web services standards and related technologies (Springboot , Microservices , Hibernate)
- Solid understanding of database technologies and SQL.
- Strong foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures and algorithms.
- Proven problem solving skills and an ability to respond resourcefully to new demands, priorities and challenge
- Solid coding practices including good design documentation, unit testing, source control (GIT, SVN etc)
- Experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle etc).
- Ability and desire to learn new skills and take on new initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Effective leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
