Job Description
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
- Monitor the classromms on a daily and respond immediately if any issues found
- Respond to and resolve technical faults reported by teachers and keep a record of it
- Administrate infrastructure, including server, switches, PCs, and other classroom equipments
- Provide training and hands-on to newly joined teachers and refresher training sessions based on software/version updates.
- Preventive maintanance of all classrooms at regular period.
- Maintain documents of usage, visitors, complaints etc.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
